Whether you are a current patient at our ophthalmology practice or not, you are always welcome to visit Sarasota Optical for a one on one complimentary consultation with Carol Sensbach, Our Optical Technician and a NY licensed Optician.

Carol's career began as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (C.O.A.) in 1986.  She received her N.Y. Optician's license in 1992.  The dual certification , as well as being American Board of Opticianry (ABOC) and a fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry (NAO) certified, gives her an excellent background in optics as well as ophthalmology.

Carol will take the time to assist you with all your optical needs and help create the perfect pair of eyeglasses customized specifically for you. With her considerable optical knowledge she will help you find frames that not only match your personal style, they will be a perfect fit as well.

She will take the time to educate you on the most up to date technology available, excellent manufacturer warrantees and all available lens options. This includes the newest in Anti-Reflective coatings, Transition lenses, UV protection, current lens materials and discuss the merits of progressive, standard bifocal and trifocal lenses.

Carol will also take the time to discuss with you the importance of computer eyewear and polarized sunwear as well as single vision readers for those that desire correction for near vision only.

Her relationship with you doesnt stop there. After receiving your new eyewear you should feel free to stop in at your convenience and have your glasses adjusted every few months. This helps to maintain the life of your new eyewear and also insures you receive optimum comfort and vision on an ongoing basis.

Sarasota Optical can fit you for prescriptions up to two years old from any provider. If you need additional eye care and are not a patient of Sarasota Ophthalmology, we can schedule an appointment for you at a time that is convenient.

We stand by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  We "Look" forward to serving your optical needs!  You can reach Carol at 941-366-6366
